There are two segments in this sentence.
She invited me to the party and asks me to dance.
Note the tense for each segment
“She invited me to the party” is in past tense
“asks me to dance.” is in present tense
The tense has to be consistent throughout the sentence
Correct sentence:
She invited me to the party and asked me to dance.
