(10+10) (10-10) = +200 -200That is different than +100 -100.So the step from 10^2 -10^2 to (10+10)(10-10) is flawed?
We can not cancel 0/0 as 1. It is in 4th step from bottom. (10-10)/(10-10) is not equal to 1. :)
